Your eyes at the property
when you can’t be there.

The viewing is fixed.
You can’t be there.
Auction properties often move quickly. Viewing slots may be limited, the property may be miles away, and catalogue photographs do not always show the details that matter to you.
Auction Eyes attends the property on your behalf, captures photographs and walkthrough video, carries out client-requested visual checks, and provides a structured visual viewing report.
We do not tell you whether to buy.
We help you see more before you decide what to do next.

VIEW
When you cannot attend the viewing yourself.
Auction Eyes attends the pre-arranged property viewing on your behalf, captures photographs and walkthrough video, and focuses on the visible details you have asked us to cover.
Useful for: remote buyers, auction viewings, rear access, outbuildings, specific rooms and visible condition points.
You arrange the viewing. We provide the eyes on the ground.

CHECK
When you need to know what the property looks like now.
Auction Eyes can revisit a property and provide current photographs, video and visual observations based on what you want checked.
Useful for: refurbishment progress, vacant property checks, visible changes, post-purchase updates and specific areas.
See what has changed without making the journey.

ACCESS
When someone needs to be there and you cannot be.
Auction Eyes can attend the property, provide access where authorised, and remain on site for the agreed appointment.
Useful for: surveyors, valuers, contractors, trades, deliveries, professional visits and post-sale access.
You arrange the appointment. We provide the presence.
More than the catalogue. A clearer picture of the property.
A typical Auction Eyes VIEW includes:
✓ Viewing time inside the property
✓ Typically 80 - 100 photographs
✓ Walkthrough video or a pre-arranged WhatsApp/FaceTime live call.
✓ Client requested visual checks
✓ Property, street and access context
✓ Structured visual viewing report
Where access, time, safety or property conditions limit what can be captured, this will be made clear in the report.
Normal turnaround: 24–36 hours after the viewing
Your photographs, structured visual viewing report and walkthrough video (where selected instead of a live call) are normally delivered within 24 to 36 hours of the viewing.
If you need the evidence sooner, please tell us your deadline when enquiring. We will confirm whether we can meet it before you book.
