More than a collection of photographs
Marketing photographs show a property. An Auction Eyes VIEW is designed to help you examine it.
The sample demonstrates how general room views, contextual photographs, close-ups, requested visual checks and a walkthrough video can be brought together within a structured visual viewing report.
The result is an organised record of what was visible at the property during the appointment - not an opinion on whether you should buy it.

Why context and close ups both matter
Different photographs perform different jobs.
General views show the room or area. Context photographs establish where a particular feature is located. Close ups record the visible detail.
Used together, they provide a substantially more useful record for a distance buyer than a small collection of general marketing photographs.
A standard VIEW will typically include 80 - 100 photographs. The final number is driven by the property, what is visible and the agreed brief - where additional coverage is useful, more photographs will be taken.

About this public sample
This sample was prepared before auction for demonstration purposes. The property has now been offered at auction.
The address and unnecessary identifying information have been removed from the public version, and location and other embedded metadata have been stripped from the photographs.
The specific requests shown within the report are illustrative. The descriptions record only what was visible at the property. They identify visible features but do not determine their cause or severity or specify any remedial work.
Auction Eyes does not provide surveys, condition reports, valuations, structural opinions, legal advice, investment advice or recommendations on whether to purchase.
