Successful At Auction?
Prepare For Completion
Auction Eyes ACCESS
Practical property attendance when you can't be there.
Secured a property at auction but need someone on the ground while you make arrangements for completion?
Auction Eyes ACCESS provides independent, buyer-instructed property attendance to help you prepare for the next stage of your purchase.
How ACCESS Can Help
-
Contractors and trades: Attend agreed appointments to facilitate authorised access for quotations and planning.
-
Surveyors and other professionals: Provide an on-site presence for pre-arranged visits.
-
Photographic updates: Capture specific areas or details to assist with planning forthcoming works. Specific buyer-requested visual checks can also be incorporated into an ACCESS attendance, where agreed in advance.
-
Completion arrangements: Attend for agreed key collection, handover or initial access where authorised.
How ACCESS Works
Tell us the property location, what needs to happen and when.
You arrange the necessary permissions and appointment. We'll confirm availability, agree the scope and provide a quotation before attendance.
Any access before completion requires permission from the seller or other party authorised to grant access. Auction Eyes does not provide conveyancing, surveying or legal advice.
Based in Northampton, covering the East and West Midlands and surrounding counties. Other locations by arrangement.
